Attendance Basics

Learn changes and updates affecting attendance for 2019-2020 plus review best practices on knowing what to do and when. Participants will learn changes in TEA requirements and how these changes should effect your attendance processes.

Class Roster

This course reviews what is required for the TSDS Class Roster. It covers important features of TSDS Class Roster including how to review the important reports unique to the Class Roster submission compared to other TSDS or PEIMS reports.

Census Block

Learn how to utilize the TEA Census block including downloading from TEA and uploading to your Student Information Software.

Leaver Training

Schools should know where each student they have served over the previous year has enrolled for the 2018-2019 school year. Do you know what codes are options for your leavers? Have you implemented the right procedures to lower your drop out numbers

PEIMS and Accountability

Learn what reports to focus on when evaluating how your LEA will be held accountable for the services provided during prior years and review tools available that will help you determine whether or not accountability measures have been met.
